Hati District
Hati District is in Lali County, Khuzestan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Taraz.

Population
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the district's population was 8,393 in 1,496 households. The following census in 2011 counted 8,154 people in 1,543 households. The 2016 census measured the population of the district as 8,872 inhabitants in 1,947 households.In 2022, the village of Taraz was elevated to the status of a city.
