Hanson, Oklahoma
Hanson is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Sequoyah County, Oklahoma, United States. It was first listed as a CDP prior to the 2020 [United States census|2020 census]. As of the 2020 census, Hanson had a population of 58.
The CDP is in east-central Sequoyah County, at the base of Hanson Mountain, which rises above the community. Hanson is southeast of Sallisaw, the Sequoyah county seat, and northwest of Muldrow.
