Reliance Spinning Mills Ltd.
Reliance Spinning Mills Ltd., established in 1994 A.D. is the largest spinning mills in Nepal with an investment of NPR. 15.5 Billion. The company operates two factories: Unit A located at Khanar, Sunsari, and Unit B located at Duhabi, Sunsari, Nepal. RSML utilizes machinery from textile machinery manufacturers such as LMW, Savio, Schlafhorst/Saurer, Vijay Laxmi, Peass, Mylon, Murata, Rieter & Aalidhra Textool.The company is a market leader of Nepal in yarn exports making it the single largest exporting company of Nepal with exports exceeding 1200 CR in 2025 and the country's largest employer.
RSML engages in manufacturing Polyester, Viscose, and Acrylic, and their various blends in grey, dyed, melange yarn & DTV yarns. RSML's installed capacity of 79,824 ring spindles & 960 vortex spindles makes the factory capable of producing 40,680 tons of yarn annually. The company also completed the expansion of 1,440 vortex spindles and an open end plant & additional TFO twisters for making the factory capable of producing an additional 8,280 tons annually. After this recent commissioning of two new production lines in June 2023, the Company's installed capacity brings the total production to 120MT/day.

RSML opened its IPO in December 2025. The company is the second in Nepal to issue shares using the book-building method.
Under this process, 770,640 shares were allocated to qualified institutional investors at a cut-off price of NPR 912 per share. For the public offering, shares were issued at NPR 820.80 per share, reflecting a 10 % discount to the institutional price.
A total of 115,596 shares were reserved for Nepali citizens working abroad, while 924,768 shares were offered to the general public. The IPO was oversubscribed by more than 33 times, indicating strong investor demand.

Golyan Group holds survey licenses for 700 MW of combined hydro and solar power. 14 projects are at different stages with a forecast of generating 700 MW of electricity by 2030.In a significant step towards expanding renewable energy in Nepal, Golyan Power recently entered into a joint venture agreement with Prozeal Green Energy to collaborate on solar power projects across the country, further cementing its commitment to sustainable energy solutions.

On 25th November, 2025, Golyan Group successfully completed the first phase of its scholarship initiative for the children of Gen Z martyrs with the signing of the Tripartite Agreement alongside the families and partner educational institutions. The Tripartite Agreement includes education support to children covering tuition fees, hostel facilities, meals, transportation, learning materials, uniforms, and access to extracurricular programs announcing a monthly scholarships of up to NPR 40,000 for 32 children.
On World Children’s Day, the group hosted a “Kids' Play Date” event with these children to encourage joy, safety, and optimism among them. Golyan Group is committed to the children’s well-being—not only through education, but through support, opportunity, and encouragement.
