Germany competed at the 2020 Summer Paralympics in Tokyo, Japan, from 24 August to 5 September 2021. This was their sixteenth consecutive appearance at the Summer Paralympics since 1960.

Germany qualified two boats in the single sculls events for the games. Sylvia Pille-Steppat will compete in the women's single sculls by finishing sixth at the 2019 World Rowing Championships in Ottensheim, Austria and securing one of seventh available place.
