Gayen
Gayen, sometimes anglicised as Gain, is a Bengali surname found in the Indian subcontinent, mainly in West Bengal and Bangladesh. In Bengali, the title Gayen referred to anyone involved in the medieval bardic tradition, i.e. composition of poetry and music.
