The 2020 United States census reported that Forest Meadows had a population of 1,276. The population density was. The racial makeup of Forest Meadows was 1,086 White, 1 African American, 21 Native American, 22 Asian, 1 Pacific Islander, 48 from other races, and 97 from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 99 persons.The whole population lived in households. There were 563 households, out of which 89 had children under the age of 18 living in them, 332 were married-couple households, 30 were cohabiting couple households, 126 had a female householder with no partner present, and 75 had a male householder with no partner present. 144 households were one person, and 82 were one person aged 65 or older. The average household size was 2.27. There were 390 families.
