Embassy of Denmark, Kyiv
The Embassy of the Kingdom of Denmark in Kyiv is the diplomatic mission of Denmark in Ukraine.
The embassy was also accredited to Georgia, until the establishment of a resident embassy in Tbilisi in 2022.
History
Following the independence of Ukraine on 24 August 1991, Denmark recognized the latter on 31 December 1991. Formal diplomatic relations was established months later, on 12 February 1992.As a result of the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine, the embassy was closed on 22 February 2022 and reopened again on 2 May 2022.
