Geography

Elm Grove is located along Oklahoma State Highway 100. It is east of Stilwell, the county seat, and west of the Arkansas border.

As of the 2020 census, Elm Grove had a population of 192. The median age was 54.1 years. 25.0% of residents were under the age of 18 and 30.7% of residents were 65 years of age or older.
