Des Case


Desmond James Case was a Welsh rugby union, and professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1930s and 1940s. He played club level rugby union for Cross Keys RFC and Newport RFC, and representative level rugby league for Wales, and at club level for Bradford Northern and Castleford, as a, or. Case was a sergeant major in the British Army during World War II.
Case died in Blaenau Gwent on 2 February 1997, at the age of 78.
