Cuscuta umbellata
Cuscuta umbellata, commonly known as flatglobe dodder, is a parasitic plant in the morning glory family in the Sonoran Desert of the southwestern United States. After summer monsoon rains, it spreads over the host plant in tangled masses of orange strings.
