Carlos Torres y Torres Lara
Carlos Torres y Torres Lara (1 November 1942 – 16 June 2000) is a Peruvian politician, university teacher, and lawyer. He was born in Lima. He died in Lima.
He was educated at Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, National University of San Marcos, and University of Münster. Awards received include Grand Cross of the Order of the Sun of Peru.
