Synthesis
Method E: The reaction between 2--1-piperazinyl]ethanol and Isatoic anhydride goes on to give 4-piperazine-1-ethyl 2-aminobenzoate .Method G: Alkylation with 4-chloro-7-quinoline completed the synthesis of antrafenine.
