Akard station
Akard station is a DART rail station in Dallas, Texas. It is located in the City Center District on Pacific Avenue, between Akard and Field Streets. It opened on June 14, 1996, and is a station on the,, and lines, serving Elm Place, One Main Place, Renaissance Tower, Thanks-Giving Square and Thanksgiving Tower. It is also the nearest station to the DART headquarters, which was a former Sanger Harris department store built in 1965.
