7517 Alisondoane
7517 Alisondoane is a dark background asteroid from the inner regions of the asteroid belt. It was discovered on 3 January 1989, by Japanese amateur astronomer Takuo Kojima at the YGCO Chiyoda Station in the northern Kantō region of Japan. The carbonaceous C-type asteroid has a rotation period of 9.7 hours and measures approximately in diameter. It was named after Alison Doane, curator of astronomical photographs at the Harvard College Observatory.
