2003 Meteor Awards
The 2003 Meteor Music Awards were held on 3 March 2003 at the Point Theatre in Dublin, Ireland. Comedian Dara Ó Briain served as host for the evening. It was the third edition of Ireland’s national music awards, recognising achievements in both Irish and international music. The ceremony was broadcast live on Network 2, with presenters including actors Colin Farrell, Colm Meaney, and Stephen Rea.
Notable performances featured artists such as Westlife, The Cranberries, and Damien Rice, while Christy Moore received the Lifetime Achievement Award for his contribution to Irish music.

There were performances on the night from the ill-fated Irish pop group Six who performed the song "After the Gold Rush", Tom Jones, The Thrills, B2K, Alabama 3, Samantha Mumba, Westlife, and Sinéad O'Connor.Nominations
