Wu Xielin
Wu Xielin, a native of Taizhou, Jiangsu, is a Chinese politician. He presently has the position of Second-Level Senior Judge of the People's Republic of China.
Biography
Wu Xielin became a member of the Chinese Communist Party in September 1991 and commenced employment in March 1993. He has occupied multiple roles inside the, including Deputy Presiding Judge, Judge of the Administrative Tribunal, and Director of the General Office. In June 2010, he was designated as a member of the Party Leadership Group and appointed Director of the Political Department of the Shanghai High People's Court. In May 2013, he was elevated to the position of vice president while also holding membership in the Party Leadership Group and serving as director of the Political Department. He served as vice president and party group member beginning in March 2014. In December 2014, he was designated as president and party secretary of the Shanghai No. 3 Intermediate People's Court, which includes the Intellectual Property Court and the Railway Transport Intermediate Court.In April 2016, Wu assumed the position of Director of the Legislative Affairs Office of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government. In September 2017, he was designated as the Deputy Secretary-General of the Shanghai Municipal Government. In January 2018, he was appointed to Fujian Province as Party Secretary, Vice President, President, and Member of the Adjudication Committee of the Fujian High People's Court. In November 2021, Wu was elevated to Member of the Standing Committee of the Fujian Provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party and presently holds the positions of Secretary-General of the Provincial Committee and Secretary of the Working Committee of Departments Directly under the Provincial Party Committee.
Wu Xielin serves as a delegate to the 20th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party, a deputy to the 13th National People's Congress, a representative in both the 13th and 14th Fujian Provincial People's Congress, and a member and standing committee member of the 11th Fujian Provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party.
