Vladimir Zhadin

Vladimir Zhadin (18 July 1896 – 9 February 1974) is a Russian-Soviet biologist, hydrobiologist, zoologist, university teacher, and scientist. He was born in Murom. He died in Saint Petersburg.

He was educated at Murom real school, Moscow City People’s University, Kazan Federal University, and Lomonosov Moscow State University. This person's employers include - and Zoological Institute RAS. Awards received include Order of the Red Banner of Labour, Medal "For the Defence of Leningrad", Medal "For Valiant Labour in the Great Patriotic War 1941–1945", Order of the Badge of Honour, Honored Scientist of the RSFSR, and Naumann-Thienemann Medal.
