Vladimir Tolubko
Vladimir Tolubko (25 November 1914 – 17 June 1989) is a Soviet teacher and military officer. He was born in Berestyn. He died in Moscow.
He was educated at Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Russia, Military Academy of Armored Forces, and Ulyanovsk Tank School. Awards received include:
