Vladimir Nepevny is a filmmaker and screenwriter.

Biography

Documentary filmmaker Vladimir Nepevny was born in Odessa 16.08.1965. Graduated from the University of Odessa in Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics in 1989, and from the St. Petersburg Theatre Academy in 1997.
For many years lived in St.Petersburg, Russia. Since 2022 lives in Israel.
The author of more than 30 documentary movies about famous writers, painters, musicians, etc. nominated at many international festivals.
