Virological analysis of shellfish for food safety and control is a scholarly work, published in 2004 in ''Water Science and Technology''. The main subjects of the publication include shellfish, foot-and-mouth disease, food safety, cindynics, fishery, environmental science, and Rotavirus. The present study was performed in order to obtain reliable and applicable techniques of viral detection in shellfish for use in ensuring food safety.
