Vero Beach Outlets


Vero Beach Outlets is an outdoor outlet shopping center in Vero Beach, Florida. Opening in 1995, the 340,000 square foot outlet mall hosts 45+ stores as of 2025. The mall has been owned and operated by Simpson Organization, inc. since 2017.
The shopping center is located at the intersection of State Road 60 and Interstate 95. Route 13 of the GoLine services the outlets.

History

In 2012, Vero Fashion Outlets changed its name to Vero Beach Outlets.
In 2017, the outlet mall was acquired by the Simpson Organization.
In 2018, improvements for the shopping center were revealed including the addition of four restaurants and two new stores, as well as improvements to walkways. A new Design Within Reach store was planned at the site of the former VF outlet location. This would mark the first Design Within Reach location in an outlet shopping center. Michael Kors opened a store at the mall in the same year.
The mall’s current operating hours are 10AM to 8PM Monday to Saturday, and 11AM to 6PM on Sunday.

Future

In fall 2025, a new indoor playground, Cannon’s Cove, will open at the mall.
