Urinary compounds in autism


Urinary compounds in autism is a scholarly work, published in 2004 in ''Journal of Intellectual Disability Research''. The main subjects of the publication include urinary system, medicine, foster care, autism, psychiatry, psychology, bipolar disorder, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. Laboratory analysis of their urine samples was carried out blind as to the clinical diagnosis.Results The analysis correctly identified 53% of the autism group as against misidentifying 33% and 18% of the other two groups.
