Tuscaridium
Tuscaridium is a genus of phaeodarian,. They consume particles that sink quickly through water which would otherwise reach the deep ocean. Tuscaridiums make cellular colonies. The genus contains bioluminescent species. It one of two known bioluminescent phaeodarean genera, the other being Aulosphaera.
