Theo Heemskerk
Theodorus Heemskerk was a Dutch politician of the Anti-Revolutionary Party who served as Chairman of the Council of Ministers from 12 February 1908 until 29 August 1913.
Heemskerk's time in politics saw the modernization of the country's poor law. His father Jan Heemskerk also served as Chairman of the Council of Ministers.
