The worm in the APEL
The worm in the APEL is a scholarly work, published in 1993 in ''British Journal of Nursing''. The main subjects of the publication include sociology, medicine, nursing, epistemology, health policy, nursing research, and psychology. Chinn and Kramer (1991) suggest that there are four types of knowledge, i.e. ethical, empirical, aesthetic and personal, while Sarvimaki (1988) identifies nursing as a moral, practical, communicative and creative activity. .
