The carbon awareness program
The carbon awareness program is a scholarly work, published in 2018 in ''The Electricity Journal''. The main subjects of the publication include industrial organization, business, natural resource economics, electricity market, environmental economics, electric power industry, trade of electricity, electricity, and commerce. This proposed program would assure that every bill a retail electricity customer receives includes a section that shows how much carbon pollution that user is responsible for over the relevant period of time.
