TVS Emerald Haven Realty Limited is an Indian real estate development company headquartered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. A subsidiary of TVS Holdings, it specializes in sustainable residential communities and urban development projects.

History

Founded in 2012 as Emerald Haven Realty Limited, the company serves as the real estate arm of the 113-year-old TVS Group conglomerate established by T.V. Sundaram Iyengar. Its first project, TVS Emerald Green Hills in Perungalathur, achieved India's highest CONQUAS score from Singapore's Building and Construction Authority.
The TVS Group also owns TVS Motor Co, Ltd., the third largest two-wheeler maker in India.
