Surrogate model of complex non-linear data for preliminary nacelle design is a scholarly work, published in 2019 in ''Aerospace Science and Technology''. The main subjects of the publication include surrogate model, aerodynamics, computer science, Gaussian, Latin hypercube sampling, uncertainty quantification, multi-objective optimization, mathematical optimization, kriging, variable, Gaussian process, nacelle, and algorithm. The study develops a metamodel for application in preliminary design of aircraft engine nacelles which is fitted to full-factorial data on two of the eight independent variables, and a Latin hypercube sampling on the other six.
