Strawberry Sound


Strawberry Sound is an album by the female Japanese rock group Shonen Knife, released in 2000. It was their first album without founding member Michie Nakatani. It was released only in Japan.
Rodney Greenblat created the cover artwork.

Critical reception

wrote that the album "starts out in a familiarly lo-fi punk vein, with the buzzsaw guitars and cute, nonsensical lyrics of 'Buggy Bug' defiantly signaling business as usual for the Osaka pop-punk group."
