Saint-Hellier is a commune in the Seine-Maritime department in the Normandy region in northern France.
Geography
A forestry and farming village situated by the banks of the river Varenne in the Pays [de Caux], at the junction of the D15, the D76 and the D154 road, some south of Dieppe.Population
