Spinal Cord Stimulation
Spinal Cord Stimulation is a scholarly work, published in 2006 in ''American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine''. The main subjects of the publication include spinal cord stimulator, stimulation, spinal cord, medicine, chronic pain, neuroscience, physical medicine and rehabilitation, patient, transcranial magnetic stimulation, and complex regional pain syndrome. The authors have developed a method by which the expiratory muscles can be activated via lower thoracic and upper lumbar spinal cord stimulation to produce an effective cough mechanism.
