Sofpironium bromide
Sofpironium bromide, sold under the brand names Ecclock and Sofdra among others, is a medication used to treat hyperhidrosis. Sofpironium bromide is an anticholinergic agent that is applied to the skin.
It was approved for medical use in Japan in 2020, and in the United States in June 2024.
