Sio-tsiú-ke
Sio-tsiú-ke is a traditional Taiwanese chicken dish commonly consumed during winter. It is prepared by simmering chicken with rice wine and a variety of traditional medicinal herbs, and is generally regarded as a seasonal nourishing food in Taiwan.
