Career

Chung was a member of the McLean County Board. She was elected to the State House in the 2022 [Illinois House of Representatives election]. She ran for re-election in 2024 [Illinois House of Representatives election|2024]. Chung won re-election in the 2024 [Illinois House of Representatives election|general election].
She endorsed the Kamala [Harris 2024 presidential campaign].
