Shalikha is an upazila of Magura District in the Division of Khulna, Bangladesh.

According to the 2022 Bangladeshi census, Shalikha Upazila had 45,446 households and a population of 179,666. 9.05% were under 5 years of age. Shalikha had a literacy rate of 72.56%: 75.37% for males and 69.91% for females, with a sex ratio of 95.55 males per 100 females. 16,412 lived in urban areas. Ethnic population was 3,430.As of the 2011 Census of Bangladesh, Shalikha upazila had 36,905 households and a population of 163,658. 34,571 were under 10 years of age. Shalikha had an average literacy rate of 49.0%, compared to the national average of 51.8%, and a sex ratio of 1007 females per 1000 males. 7,155 of the population lived in urban areas. Ethnic population was 4,518.
