Sex and Gender
Sex and Gender is a scholarly work, published in 1970 in ''The Lancet''. The main subjects of the publication include congenital adrenal hyperplasia, social psychology, vagina, medicine, gynaecology, congruence, affect, judgment, international law, sex organ, and psychology. Since the physician is concerned with the social and not the legal sex of the patient the ruling does not affect the present situation in which decisions about the sex of the patient are made.
