Sefer Aycan
Sefer Aycan is a Turkish doctor of public health, politician, academic, and ex-Undersecretary of the Turkish Health Ministry.
Early life and education
Aycan was born in Kahramanmaraş, completing his primary and secondary education in Kahramanmaraş Province.Personal life
