The Samsung Galaxy A20 and the Samsung Galaxy A20e are mid-range Android-based smartphones developed and marketed by Samsung Electronics, as part of the Galaxy A series, released in April 2019. The base model features a 6.4‑inch Super AMOLED display, dual rear cameras, a 4000 mAh battery, and ships with Android 9 "Pie", upgradable to Android 11 with One UI 3.1 support.

The Samsung Galaxy A20 features a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 720 × 1560 pixels and an Infinity-V notch. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.It is powered by the Exynos 7884 chipset with an octa-core CPU and Mali-G71 MP2 GPU. The device includes 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage, expandable up to 512 GB via a dedicated microSD card slot.
The rear camera setup includes a 13 MP primary sensor and a 5 MP ultra-wide sensor, with features like LED flash, panorama, and HDR. It records video at 1080p @ 30 fps. The front camera is 8 MP, also capable of 1080p video.
The phone has a 4000 mAh non-removable Li-Po battery with 15 W fast charging support through a USB-C port.

Release and Software Updates
The Galaxy A20 was announced on March 19, 2019, and released on April 5, 2019. It shipped with Android 9 Pie and Samsung's One UI. The device has since received official updates up to Android 11 with One UI 3.1.Variants
The Galaxy A20 is available under different model numbers such as SM-A205F and SM-A205G. In South Korea, it is marketed as the Galaxy Wide 4.It is positioned in Samsung’s Galaxy A series between the Galaxy A10 and A30 and was later succeeded by models such as the Galaxy A21 and A20s.
