Rudransh Khandelwal


Rudransh Khandelwal is an Indian para shooter from Rajasthan who competes in the 50m pistol event in SH1 category. He qualified to represent India at the 2024 Summer Paralympics at Paris. He finished 9th in the 10m Air Pistol event qualification round and did not advance to the final. In the 50m pistol SH1 qualifying event, he finished 22nd with a score of 517.

Early life

Khandelwal is from Bharatpur, Rajasthan. In 2015, while attending a cousin's marriage, he lost his leg in a fireworks blast.

Career

Khandewal won a silver medal at the Para Shooting World Cup at New Delhi in March 2024. In the mixed 50m pistol event, he shot 530 and won a silver medal along with Nihal and Singhraj Adhana to aggregate a total score of 1573. He won two gold at his second international event at the World Shooting Para Sport World Cup in Osijek, Croatia in October 2023. He also created a world record in the P4 mixed 50m pistol SH1 category at the same event in Croatia.
