Ron Johnson (cornerback)
Ronald Johnson was an American professional football player who was a cornerback for seven seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers of the National Football League.
Biography
Johnson was a 1974 graduate of Detroit's Northwestern High School; he played collegiate football for Eastern Michigan University. Ron Johnson was selected by the Steelers in the first-round of the 1978 NFL draft.He is one of at least 345 NFL players to be diagnosed after death with chronic traumatic encephalopathy, which is caused by repeated hits to the head.
