Romuald Adam Cebertowicz
Romuald Adam Cebertowicz was a Polish hydrotechnician and a member of the Polish Academy of Sciences. He created a novel method of ground solidification, electrogeosmosis, which was used to help preserve buildings in Warsaw and Venice.
