Ricardo Papa
Ricardo G. Papa was a Filipino general and police officer.
Military career
Papa served in the Philippine Army since in the early 1940s until 1963. When he was assigned at the 91st Division as a G-3 officer and captain, he survived the Pantingan River massacre which occurred during the Bataan Death March.He became the Commanding General of the Army for over 200 days in 1963.
