The 2020 United States census reported that Reliez Valley had a population of 3,354. The population density was. The racial makeup of Reliez Valley was 73.0% White, 1.8% African American, 0.2% Native American, 11.7% Asian, 0.2% Pacific Islander, 1.7% from other races, and 11.3% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 8.1% of the population.
The census reported that 98.8% of the population lived in households, 1.1% lived in non-institutionalized group quarters, and 0.1% were institutionalized.
