Ramachandrapuram is a neighbourhood of Hyderabad, Telangana, India and also a part of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation and Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority.previously It was a part of Erstwhile Medak district it is now a part of Sangareddy district.
