Protithona potamias

Prothelymna potamias is a species of moth in the family Tineidae first described by Edward Meyrick in 1909. This species is endemic to New Zealand.

Habitat and hosts

Larvae of this species inhabits the riparian zone and is likely hosted by species of grass. It pupates in grasses.
