Probabilistic reasoning by neurons

Probabilistic reasoning by neurons is a scholarly work by Tianming Yang and Michael Shadlen, published in 2007 in ''Nature''. The main subjects of the publication include covertness, subtraction, probabilistic logic, neuroscience, computer science, posterior parietal cortex, executive functions, psychology, cognitive psychology, task, and artificial intelligence. The authors have trained two monkeys to choose between a pair of coloured targets after viewing four shapes, shown sequentially, that governed the probability that one of the targets would furnish reward.
