Predictive Model of Burnout and Labor Satisfaction is a scholarly work, published in 2018 in ''RA Journal Of Applied Research''. The main subjects of the publication include measure, sample, occupational burnout, applied psychology, psychology, scale, structural equation modeling, clinical psychology, partial least squares regression, path analysis, social psychology, educational leadership, urban planning, job satisfaction, and burnout. As a result it was found that there is a weak negative relation between job satisfaction and burnout syndrome (path coefficient -0296), that is, the greater satisfaction of the teachers, the lower risk of developing burnout.
