Posterior ethmoidal nerve
The posterior ethmoidal nerve is a nerve of the head. It is a branch of the nasociliary nerve. It provides sensory innervation to the sphenoid sinus and ethmoid sinus, and part of the dura mater in the anterior cranial fossa.
