Pontarsais is a village in Carmarthenshire, Wales, north of Carmarthen and miles northwest of Cardiff. The nearest railway station is Llwyfan Cerrig [railway station|Llwyfan Cerrig] on a heritage railway at Pentre Morgan southwest.
