Philip Otton
Sir Philip Howard Otton, styled The Rt Hon Sir Philip Otton, is a former Lord Justice of Appeal.
Career
Otton was educated at the University of Birmingham. In 1983, he was approved as a High Court Judge and assigned to the Queen's Bench Division. He was subsequently appointed as Lord Justice of Appeal in 1995. In 2004, he was appointed to the Court of Appeal in Gibraltar. He was judge of the Qatar Civil and Commercial Court from 2007 to 2011.Judgments
